Concept Art - Herd Animal
Just some quick concept art for the "Mussetti", a herd creature that roams the meadows near where the dragon followers live. Trying for a super-stylized look, especially with the backgrounds. Really no idea what I'm doing. I should probably spend some more time on the trees, I don't like them.

Yeah, the trees kind look like flames, maybe if you made them a bit pricklier looking? does that make sense? like just a bit more texture down the sides or something? I dunno . . . Anyway, good work and the colors are sweet too!
Thanks :) Yeah I agree. They're TOO simple. I'll be making them look more like what you said. Good advice. It might be a day or two though since I'm working on finishing the rough art for the book cover!
